Dyadic Family & Relationship Therapy

Dyadic simply means two people. While family therapy often brings to mind particular configurations, I include relationship therapy because I am passionate about supporting all meaningful relationships—two friends, siblings, co-workers, a parent and adult child, or any other pairing that matters to the people in it.

This work is for any two people who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, deepen understanding of one another, and move toward a greater sense of harmony and belonging. It often involves navigating complexities or ruptures, learning how to move toward healthy conflict with one another.

The goal is always to reach a place where you no longer feel you need me. Getting there takes time and commitment, but that is always the direction we are moving in.

We begin with an intake session together, followed by an individual session with each person separately. From there, we continue the work together, at a pace that honours both individuals and the relationship as a whole.

I do not work with high conflict relationships.
